How do I get started with my order?

You can order here on our website! Just take a look around for anything that catches your eye, select your preferences for size, stain, paint color, etc. and you're on your way!  If you desire custom orders, shoot us an email!  It is our goal to respond no later than 2 business days.

We are currently transitioning our location since we have purchased the business from Alexa Keck.  Stay tuned for updates on Facebook and Instagram!

How can I find out about deals or discounts?

We will advertise any sales on our website, and will also send out emails.  Sign up for our preferred customer list to receive an email whenever something new is happening!

Do you offer design consultations?

We do! If you need help deciding on style, colors, or size, send us an email and we'd be happy to help you make a decision.

What size table would best suit my needs?

First determine how many people you want to seat at the table.

Ask:  How many people normally eat at my table?  How many maximum people do I want to be able to accommodate?

The acceptable space per person at a table is 2 feet for eating area.  Figure about 6 inches between each person on either side.

Remember, you also need space around a table. A tight space between the table and wall or cabinets is about 28 inches.  A generous space is considered to be 3 ft or more.

Example:  If you have a room that is 10ft wide x 12 ft long, a table that is 6 ft long and 4 ft wide (although many kitchen tables are only 36 to 40 inches wide) would generously fit in the space and accommodate 6 people comfortably (2 on each side and one at each end of the table).

What wood type should I order my table in?

Tables can be made with various types of wood, with stain colors and clear coats to help match your decor and decorating style.  We only use hardwood for table tops for the purpose of longevity, quality and looks.  Different hardwoods provide different advantages and disadvantages.  We can help you decide, but if you would like to learn more about how to make the choice, you can follow this link:

We currently have pictures of stain colors to help in your selection, but soon we should also have a sample of our stock stain colors on a common hardwood that will hopefully help you decide.  We should have those samples available soon!

What kind of protective coat is on my furniture?

Our stock finish coat is a very durable water-based clear coat with a matte finish.  We only use professional finishes that are designed for ultimate protection against normal wear and maintain a great look.  If your project warrants a different finish, we are willing and able to give you the best alternative that fits your needs!

How does shipping work?

As we are currently in a transition period, we are still deciding on the best shipping options to offer our customers. This information will be updated soon though!

Can you hold or store my order if I'm not ready to receive it?

We have limited storage space.  Our storage space is currently filled with unfinished stock lumber and in-progress pieces.  We are searching for more storage solutions, and if we are able to store completed projects, we will make an announcement for storage costs.  Until then, unfortunately we will need to ship when a project is completed. 

What kind of warranty do you offer?

As we are currently in a transition period, this information is still being workshopped, but we will have updates soon!

Does my furniture require any maintenance?

Maintenance requirements vary with the type of wood and finish.  We will include instructions for care and maintenance with each project, but as a general rule, keep harsh chemicals AWAY from your furniture. Clean any surfaces with simple soap and water.

Why is my order on backorder?

Some of our products are outsourced, but assembled and finished in-house. Due to economic hardships, we often don't have control over the supply of these items. Even though we are always looking for new suppliers, there may be times the item you want is not in stock. We will keep you up to date with when you can expect your order.

As long as the backordered pieces have not been shipped from the vendor, we can cancel this portion of your order if the wait is too long for you.
